In Köln kenne ich mich nicht so gut aus, weswegen die Beschreibung etwas schwierig ist, aber die Garage ist zwischen dem Musical Dome und dem Hauptbahnhof. Vor der Garage sind noch 'offene Parkplätze', die eher wie eine Baustelle aussehen.

Nach meiner Recherche heisst die Straße 'Am Alten Ufer' und die Garage selbst ist die 'Tiefgarage Hauptbahnhof'
