Yep a Swiss dealer plate and (obviously) a stunt to attract attention. The ‘U’ (for ‘Unternehmer’) in a number plate is given to dealers/garagists which have at least 30 cars. I just see on AutoScout24 there’s (only) 1 LaFerrari for sale in Switzerland for 3.9 million Francs.
