I assume that (ugly) structure over the parking is temporary? Any idea what purpose that serves? Otherwise a cool find!

@LucasH Hi Lucas. The structure is for construction while the building is still open for business, I agree with Nick that the scaffolding looks pretty cool as a backdrop, especially at night.
