Best car that I've ever spotted so far. This car is stored here at the owner's friend's house, and this is not a dealer. I just drove past and saw it. The house owner is also very lovely. He let me in and took as many pictures as I liked. And he owned all of the other cars besides the Koenigsegg. And this car was last spotted in France back in 2009.
