I spotted this Georgia tagged matte Bull ( PLF 6645 ) parked in general parking at Phipps Plaza. The white Rolls really looked impressive next to the Lambo.

@thomcarspotter. Thanks Thom. Most definitely it was not secure. The driver and passenger of the Rolls exited their car and walked over to the Lambo while I was leaving.
