I spotted this Georgia tagged bull. ( CPX4940 ) parked in a strip mall located off of West Paces near the W Hotel. This car had two flat tires on the drivers side. Now that's what I call have a bad day !

Must have hit something in the road, very strange for both tires on the same side to go flat. Cool spot though!
