That looks like a different (bigger) front splitter. If these are recent photo's, maybe they're already working on a new version? Or an option for a new front splitter?
four time spotted, in the uk and in spain, always the same car with the same license plate, registered in italy, does this car actually sell? has been a while since it was launched now.. u suspect some more to be spotted from time to time

This Huayra was from AMG to test the engines.
After that was spotted in Monaco, the driver was Horacio Pagani.
Actually it´s used to be a test car of Pagani´s factory, to test new packages and engines.
