This car was spot during a "transfer" in Shanghai downtown including 4 Rolls-Royce (3 Phantom EWB and 1 Ghost). This blue Ghost is the most interesting because of the registration plate. It is registered in Harbin (north of China), which is about 2300km away from Shanghai.
