I found this 2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII EWB parked in the Upper East Side and later parked on 10/10/2022 (photos 2-9) and again driving on West 59th Street on 4/7/2023 (photos 1 and 10). Love finding Phantoms in NYC! I don't find very many at all back in Greenwich.
